Beauty's first fashion-week newsroom.

I built M·A·C's fashion-week program from the ground up. Content teams across New York, London, Milan, and Paris. A visual system that established the brand as the backstage authority for real-time makeup trends. The centerpiece was M·A·C TV, the brand's IGTV channel and the named launch driver for Powder Kiss: a product tested backstage that built such momentum M·A·C built an entire collection around it. We shot the campaign. It ran in Times Square. The launch earned two hundred million dollars in two months.

Prestige beauty since 2001. I moved through M·A·C, Estée Lauder, Bumble and bumble, and Clé de Peau, then into the C-suite as the first Chief Creator Officer in advertising, a role I built from scratch at both Whalar and Deutsch New York.

I started backstage at Fashion Week, with a makeup brush in my hand. That instinct never left. It just scaled.

My unfair advantage: I've been the creator and the Chief Creator Officer.

Most people advising brands on creator strategy have never been the creator. Most creators have never run a brand's P&L. I've done both. That is why the systems work.

Now I'm encoding twenty years of that instinct into Creator Darwinism OS, and helping enterprise brands treat their own people as the media network they already are.
