My career has never followed a traditional path. It has been stacked, layered, and built through reinvention.
I started in the field as a celebrity makeup artist, working at the edge of culture long before most institutions knew how to value that proximity. At M·A·C Cosmetics, I wrote my own job description, moved from the field into corporate, and helped turn social into an enterprise-level growth engine, building a global creative framework across 30+ countries, scaling the brand to 13M+ followers, and proving that creator-led thinking could drive business outcomes without paid media doing the heavy lifting.
That chapter became the foundation for everything that followed. At Whalar, I pressure-tested the thesis beyond beauty, building creator systems for major global brands as Head of Creators and later becoming the company's first Chief Creator Officer. At Deutsch New York, I became the first Chief Creator Officer in traditional advertising, building SociStudio to integrate brand, media, and content as a single operating system.
Running parallel to all of that was HAUS OF SÔS, the family agency I co-founded with my husband, Captain Jack Rudder, and our daughter, Coco Rudder. What started with me shooting PR packages for celebrity clients in hotel rooms evolved into a modern creative ecosystem. One that helped produce Thirst Trap 101 for Clé de Peau Beauté × Martha Stewart, generating 3B+ impressions, outperforming TikTok benchmarks by 222%, and winning 12 international awards.
In 2025, life interrupted the momentum. My mother was diagnosed with Stage 3 sarcoma, and I left New York to become her caregiver in Dallas. What looked like a forced pause became an AI sabbatical. And ultimately the moment I stopped asking how to build more value for other companies and started building more equity for my own.
That season led to Creator Darwinism OS, a proprietary system designed around creator intelligence, earned growth, and knowledge monetization. It also sharpened what has been true all along: I am most useful where culture, systems, storytelling, and business transformation intersect.
"She took that glimmer and transformed it into a beacon of leadership."

I don't just build campaigns. I build the conditions that make meaningful growth more repeatable.
